MindMuse is designed to help organisations analyse workplace data to gain insights into employee wellbeing and psychosocial risk factors. It is intended for informational and organisational improvement purposes only.
You must be an authorized representative of your organisation to create an account and upload data on behalf of your company.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and confidentiality of any data uploaded. MindMuse is not responsible for any misuse or misinterpretation of the information derived from your data.
Users agree to use MindMuse in a professional and respectful manner. Any attempt to misuse data to target, discriminate, or harm individuals is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
We may occasionally update these Terms. Continued use of MindMuse after changes indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
MindMuse is not a medical tool and must not be used to diagnose mental health conditions or make HR decisions about individuals. Insights are provided only at the group or department level.
By uploading data, you confirm that your organisation has obtained appropriate rights and employee consent to use such data for analysis through MindMuse.
You agree not to upload files containing un-anonymized personal information. Reverse engineering or attempts to identify individuals from output data is prohibited.
MindMuse provides predictive insights based on statistical analysis. It is not liable for organisational actions taken solely based on those insights.
We use secure AI models (LLMs) for data normalization. Personally identifiable information is removed before any LLM processing occurs.
