We analyse uploaded data solely to generate aggregated, non-personalised insights about workplace wellbeing and psychosocial risks. Individual employees are never analysed or identified.
All uploaded data is handled securely and anonymized to ensure that personal identities are protected. Visualizations and reports are based only on group-level trends to prevent targeting or bias against individuals.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party vendors. Data is used exclusively within the MindMuse platform to support your organisation’s internal wellbeing efforts.
We use modern encryption standards and secure authentication (JWT tokens) to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to verified users only.

MindMuse uses secure AI models (LLMs) to identify file types and normalize data structure. All data is anonymized using trusted NLP tools like spaCy before AI processing takes place.
We only collect and process the data necessary to provide insights. No unnecessary data is stored or analysed.
All insights are based on aggregated data at the team or department level. MindMuse does not generate or store individual-level analytics.
MindMuse is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
